Asturian born Carlos Magdalena is the Collections Horticulturist in Kew Garden’s iconic tropical nursery. His absolute commitment to conservation and mission to save rare plant species has earned him the nickname ‘The Plant Messiah’.

Carlos will be leading us through an exclusive tour of Kew Gardens, focussing on the hidden historical landscape development. Carlos will continue to share details of his work at the Gardens and as part of our exclusive tour, the privilege of visiting the most biodiverse corner on Earth the, usually closed to the general public, Tropical Nursery.
