Join the Camino team this June as Bar Rioja hosts its very first, Rioja wine festival, showcasing the best of the region’s traditional and modern styles. The event will be located in King’s Cross in Central London, with its excellent transport links and centred around the courtyard shared by Bar Rioja and Camino.

Inspired by the brilliant bi-annual wine tasting event ‘Barrio de la Estacion Cata de Vinos’ held in the famous and historic town of Haro in the Rioja Alta sub-region, Bar Rioja will be holding a celebratory party this summer. One major difference though is that we are welcoming participating bodegas from all 3 sub-zones: Alta, Alavesa and Oriental.

The timing also coincides with the 100th anniversary of the official creation of its Denominación de Origen, the oldest D.O. in Spain, no less. Another fantastic excuse to celebrate this significant milestone.

There will be two sessions, each allowing ample time for you to wander to each of the wine tables to try their wines, chat to the experts representing them if you would like to learn more, then relax in the bar or courtyard with your wines and friends.

Two sessions available (12:00-15:00 & 15:30-18:30)

On arrival you will receive:

• A branded Bar Rioja glass
• A glass holder to wear around the neck for convenience
• A booklet filled with regional insights, evocative imagery, information on all the wines being showcased and of course your wine and food tokens
