Wallace Collection – an exclusive self-guided tour of Spanish Paintings
Saturday 26 March at 2:30pm: Wallace Collection
Meet at the Wallace Collection to explore the collection’s Spanish paintings. We will meander through stunning landscapes, revisit the history of Spanish kings and queens and explore the secrets of the collection.
BritishSpanish Society member and Classics expert Brett Theobald will provide a detailed written discussion of selected items within the gallery’s Spanish collection to accompany you on your visit*.
Following our exploration of the gallery’s Spanish delights we’ll join together in a local pub or cafe to further discuss the collection and enjoy some healthy competition as Brett quizzes our learning.
