CEO and Founder of The Bold Choice, Jane combines her business and consulting roles with teaching in Master’s programs at IE University.
She is also Co-author of the book “Smart Feedback” (LID, 2017), a coaching guide and emotional intelligence for facilitating powerful conversations for talent development (3rd edition in 2019).

Until 2008, her career developed in the corporate world in management positions in the Marketing and Sales fields, her last position being Marketing Director for Southern Europe at Yum Restaurants International.
