Social – Paddy’s Day Family Picnic

The Spanish Irish Business Network and the Madrid Harps GAA team are organising the 9th Madrid St. Patrick’s Day Picnic, on Sunday 19 March, from 2pm-5pm in the picturesque mountain village of Hoyo de Manzanares (located 30 minutes north of Madrid City near the A-6). 

This is an informal, very family friendly event where everyone is welcome and there is no charge. There is a car park on the outskirts of the village near the cemantary (see link below) and we will be gathering in a large green area called the “Zona Creativa” of Cerca Cabilda. 

– Bring your own food and drink for the picnic
– Hurleys, rugby balls, footballs all encouraged
– Music very welcome (tin whistles, fiddles, guitars)
– Wear something green 🙂
