Instituto Cervantes collaborates with the Mayor Gallery (London) and Guillermo de Osma (Madrid) in the exhibition of one of the most outstanding painters of the Spanish post-war period: Rafael Canogar – Huellas (Paintings 1958 – 1962). This exhibition features fourteen emblematic paintings from the early ‘Informalist’ period (1958-62) when Canogar became known. Come to this event in which painter Rafael Canogar will talk about the works in his exhibition, his work as a painter of the El Paso group, and the rest of his pictorial career.
