Premiere: Deprisa, Deprisa in Spanish with English subtitles
The film Deprisa, Deprisa interrogates the issue of juvenile delinquency. Shot after the end of Franco’s dictatorship, Deprisa, Deprisa portrays precisely the nihilistic attitude of many marginalized youths during Spain’s transition to democracy, a time of social upheaval, high unemployment and inflation. Come see Deprisa, Deprisa, a vital contribution to Spain’s Cine Quinqui film series, which brought a stream of disillusion.
