IX SRUK International Symposium

The theme is “The Joy of Discovery“ , where we are going to walk through the exciting road leading up to an EUREKA moment, unravelling the magic of the scientific journey. To guide us, we will count with wonderful speakers from backgrounds as diverse as history and philosophy or physic and microbiology.

The opening ceremony will be hosted by the President of the Society and the SRUK team. Institutional speakers include representatives of the Spanish Embassy in the UK, the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), the Ramón Areces Foundation and several British organisations and societies, among others.

We are delighted to announce that BritishSpanish Society Trustee Dr Marina Perez de Arcos is the opening keynote speaker on the first evening of the Symposium. Find out more about Marina here
